1837 Flanagan House Museum is the oldest standing residence in
Peoria. The American Federalist style house has a spectacular
view of the Illinois River Valley with collections of antique
glass, china, furniture, toys, and vintage clothing. 1868 Pettengill-Morron
House was built by Moses Pettengill in the Second Empire style
and has eleven rooms containing artifacts from several Peoria
families. In 1900 a Colonial Revival Porch was added and a porte
cochere, giving the home a Victorian appearance.
